How much does it cost to implement Creatio?
The cost depends on the scope of the project — the number of modules, integration and customization. A typical MVP implementation for a company of 50—200 people is 50—80K PLN for the selected process. We always start with a free call where we can give an approximate budget range. No strings attached.
How long does it take to implement?
MVP (first working modules) in 6—8 weeks from signing the contract. Full implementation with integrations and training — typically 3—6 months. This is much faster than traditional CRM projects, which take 12-18 months to complete.
Does Creatio integrate with our ERP?
Yes. Creatio has an open API and ready-made connectors for SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Comarch ERP, Enova, Sage and many more. We also create custom-made integrations for less standard systems.
Will my team be able to operate the system without IT?
Yes — and this is the main advantage of no-code. After 2-3 days of training, business users independently create reports, dashboards and modify existing processes.
Do you offer support after implementation?
Yes. Standard 90 days of support after go-live within the project. Then we can sign an SLA for ongoing support and development of the system.
What does the first meeting/demo look like?
