About the role
What you will do
As a CRM Analyst at Optingo, you are the link between the customer and the Creatio platform. You talk to decision makers, understand business processes and translate them into system configurations — without writing code, but with a full understanding of how technology solves real problems.
You work on CRM implementation projects and process automation for companies from Poland and European markets. Each project is a new environment and new analytical challenges.
Scope of duties
Your tasks
Analysis of customer business requirements — understanding processes, goals and constraints
Conducting analytical workshops with customer teams
Configuration of the Creatio CRM application according to the project specification
Presenting implemented solutions to stakeholders and collecting feedback
Collaboration with the project team (PM, developers, UX)
Sales department support — platform demos for potential customers
Documenting solutions and creating functional specifications
Requirements
What we are looking for
Required: Active Creatio Analyst Certification
Required
Higher education or several years of experience as a Creatio CRM Analyst
Creatio Analyst Active Certification
Many years of experience in Creatio implementation projects
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team and manage priorities
Fluent knowledge of Polish and English (speaking and writing)
Willingness to continuously develop knowledge in the field of no-code, CRM and AI
Welcomed
Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of the specifics of industries: technological, production, B2B services
Interest in no-code/low-code technologies and AI in business
Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project
Knowledge of the basics of process modeling (BPMN)
